We're looking for a driven Technical Sales Representative to grow innovative geosynthetic solutions across environmental remediation, mining, infrastructure and civil construction.

Forget selling basic materials. You'll be representing high-performance technology that treats contaminated soil on-site, cuts costly excavation and relocation, and delivers real-world savings. Pretty compelling stuff.

What you'll be selling

- Active Geosynthetics: Smart solutions for PFAS, heavy metals and contaminated land.

- Incomat & SoilTain: Concrete mattress systems and sludge dewatering solutions.

- Earthworks & Ground Improvement: High-strength reinforcement for soft ground, embankments, sinkholes and wind farm construction.

What you'll do

- Hunt new business and build strong relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors and end users.





- Get specified into major projects and turn technical challenges into commercial opportunities.

- Develop opportunities across mining, Defence, aviation, ports, infrastructure and environmental remediation.

- Own your territory, manage your pipeline and close profitable deals.

What we're looking for

- Proven B2B technical sales or business development experience.

- Ideally, exposure to geosynthetics, civil construction, mining, engineering or environmental solutions.

- A confident hunter who can build relationships, influence specifications and sell value.

- Someone commercially sharp, technically curious and comfortable working autonomously.
