Interim Vice President, Global Strategy & Operations

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Strategy & Operations for a 6-month fixed-term role to lead the next phase of transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be a high-horsepower operator and strategist, adept at thriving in ambiguity and driving complex problems to structured action. This role is pivotal in owning key workstreams within enterprise transformation, including operational and AI-enabled workflow improvements, and ensuring that design decisions align with business outcomes and the employee experience.

The VP will collaborate with senior leaders, assess organizational health, and drive high-impact problem-solving to enhance business performance. Applicants must have a strong background in enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, AI enablement, or large-scale business change, with significant experience in strategy,



operations, transformation, consulting, business management, or related leadership roles within a global technology or SaaS environment. The role requires a leader with a proven ability to influence senior executives, align diverse stakeholders, and operate at both strategic and execution levels.

The ideal candidate will be a structured and pragmatic thinker, with strong commercial and financial acumen, and a leadership style that is high in drive, calm in execution, and cooperative in influence. A team-oriented approach, with a focus on raising the bar for quality, execution, and partnership, is essential.
