Probe CX is seeking an elite Enterprise Business Development Director to spearhead net-new enterprise client acquisition across Australia.

Operating far beyond transactional selling, you will act as a strategic advisor orchestrating multi-million dollar, multi-year CX transformation partnerships.

Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will own your target market, proactively identify iconic Australian accounts, and secure long-term partnerships.

This role offers genuine autonomy to execute your go-to-market strategy, backed by a comprehensive bid, pricing, and solution architecture engine designed to win enterprise-scale mandates.

Key Priorities

- Enterprise Hunting: Proactively identify and close high-value BPO contracts, mapping complex organisations to uncover latent customer journey pain points rather than waiting for opportunities to present.
- C-Suite Orchestration: Engage CCOs, COOs, and CIOs as peers, speaking the language of enterprise valuation, margin expansion, and brand equity.
- Complex Solution Architecting: Diagnose deep operational inefficiencies and seamlessly blend human capital with Digital CX technology to design cost-optimised customer journeys that deliver them real CX value.
- Commercial Tenacity: Champion innovative commercial models (outcome-based, gain-share, PoC) and expertly navigate grueling procurement processes and MSA/SOW negotiations.
- Deal & Pipeline Mastery: Cultivate relationships with strategic patience, orchestrating 12–18 month deal lifecycles while aligning internal bid teams and operations to ensure competitive and profitable wins.

- Competitive Intelligence: Expert knowledge of competitor bidding strategies and how to uniquely position Probe CX capabilities to exploit market gaps.
- Strategic Autonomy: The ability to self-direct, prioritise high-yield opportunities, and navigate long-cycle enterprise sales without requiring heavy internal intervention.
- Melbourne-Based: Based locally to collaborate with executive leadership on a versatile hybrid rhythm, with travel as required for major client pursuits.
