Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll work as part of the onsite team while having the independence to manage your workload and keep the office running smoothly.

What’s the role?
This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who enjoys customer service, takes pride in accuracy and likes keeping things running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Guest services and front desk: welcoming residents,
visitors and contractors with professionalism and warmth, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and service requests, and assisting with smooth resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Administration and office support: assisting the Park Manager with emails, document management and scheduling, processing bookings, reservations and cancellations, managing office supplies, maintaining a qualified reception area and coordinating notices and announcements.
- Financial transactions and cash handling: processing cash, EFTPOS and credit card payments, performing daily cash reconciliations and balancing tills, generating financial reports, highlighting discrepancies and following company financial policies.
- Compliance and safety: adhering to WHS policies, reporting incidents, hazards and concerns to the Park Manager, handling sensitive resident and financial information confidentially and supporting emergency procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
What’s in it for you? At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.
