The purpose of the Program Advisor (Contract Reporting) is to provide support and advice on contract and performance reporting activities, including the collection, validation, analysis and reporting of contract and supplier performance information to support accountability, compliance and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Program Advisor (Contract Reporting) to join our team based in Brisbane for a temporary opportunity, commencing as soon as possible until 6 October 2028.

Requirements Of The Role

- Experience in coordinating, analysing and reporting operational, contract or supplier performance information, including developing and maintaining reporting tools, templates, Power BI dashboards and reports, processes and guidance materials that support consistent business practices.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Power BI and DAX to develop measures,



calculations and data insights, identify data quality, compliance and reporting issues, and recommend practical improvements is desirable but not mandatory.
- Robust written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and engage effectively with project teams and a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work with limited supervision and contribute effectively to continuous improvement initiatives.
