We're seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Recreation Centre Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Recreation Centre and help create a welcoming environment for the Yulara community. If you're an organized professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Duties

- Manage Reception and Administration duties within the Recreation Centre
- Welcome and support members, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Process memberships and maintain accurate records
- Assist in coordinating community events and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional Recreation Centre setting
- Support the Recreation Centre Manager with daily operational requirements

You'll bring

- Previous experience in a customer service-focused role
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
