Role Description The Warehouse Officer role is an on-site position based in Leinster, WA.

The Warehouse

Officer will manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, verifying documentation, unloading and storing materials, and preparing items for dispatch to site teams. This role involves organizing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records in alignment with maintenance planning needs, and ensuring that parts and equipment are available when required.

The Warehouse

Officer will operate material handling equipment safely, liaise with maintenance and planning personnel, and follow site safety and quality procedures. The position supports reliable plant operation by keeping the warehouse orderly, compliant, and responsive to mine site requirements.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in core warehouse operations,



including Shipping & Receiving and Packing.
- Experience with material handling tasks such as Unloading and secure movement of stock.
- Demonstrated ability in Forklift Operation, with current high-risk work license where required.
- Competent use of Pallet Jack and other manual handling equipment.
- Previous experience in mining, industrial, or heavy equipment warehouse environments is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to use inventory or CMMS systems.
- Commitment to safety, including adherence to site procedures and use of appropriate PPE.
- Reliable work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effective communication skills.
