You are a proven

Senior HSE Manager or Director

with solid experience across

defence and advanced manufacturing environments , ready to lead group-wide safety strategy and influence at the executive level.

About you:

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, OHS, HSE, or a related discipline

Proven track record in a senior HSE leadership role, with the capability and drive to operate as Group HSE Director

Background in

defence

and/or

heavy manufacturing

(fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy engineering environments)

Comprehensive understanding of Australian WHS legislation, risk management, and governance frameworks

Outstanding communication and executive leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to

influence and advise at Board and CEO levels

A proactive leader capable of driving safety culture, governance, and organizational capability

What you will be doing:

Setting and leading group-wide WHS strategy, governance frameworks, and safety culture

Partnering with the Board, CEO, and Executive leadership team to provide strategic advice on HSE risks, compliance, and best practice

Directing WHS management systems, assurance, auditing, and critical incident investigations across operationsDriving WHS education, training, and leadership capability across business units

Embedding a proactive, risk-based safety mindset across multi-faceted manufacturing and operational sites

The Rewards: Remuneration is offered at

circa $200k + superannuation
