The ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) is seeking a Senior Director, Workforce and Business Strategy to join its Senior Leadership Team and shape the Service's future. This full time temporary role reports to the Chief Officer and leads workforce planning, governance and business planning to support evidence-based decisions and operational readiness. You will collaborate with ACTAS and ACT ESA, drive strategic priorities, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide high-level written materials
