Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and relationship management team

Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account development

Build and strengthen relationships across the professional services sector

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives

Personally lead key commercial opportunities and major client relationships

Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities

Improve sales processes, systems and team performance

Provide sales reporting, forecasting and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team

Foster a culture of accountability,

About You You're an experienced sales leader who understands that exceptional leadership starts with leading by example. You enjoy coaching others, creating commercial opportunities and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

You’ll bring:

Significant B2B sales leadership experience

Experience selling complex solutions into professional services or other relationship-driven B2B markets

A proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention

Experience coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capability

Confidence building relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers

A proactive, hands-on leadership style

Solid pipeline management, forecasting and reporting experience

Highly regarded:

Exposure to international markets

Experience with embedded finance, channel partnerships or strategic alliances
