Motor Neurone Disease Queensland is seeking a highly organised Support Coordinator to specialise in MND in the Brisbane region. This role offers a part‑time 18‑month contract with a mix of in‑office, client visits, and home‑based work, supported by a Team Leader.

You will manage your own caseload while collaborating with MND Advisors and NDIS planners to secure timely funding and services. You will provide information, advocacy, and pre‑planning support for NDIS funding, while growing knowledge
