Are you a Physiotherapist looking for greater flexibility, a community-based caseload and the ability to work closer to home?

We are recruiting for a Community Physiotherapist to support older adults receiving Home Care Package services across Inner, Southern or EasternSuburbs of Melbourne. Your service area will be structured around your home address, with client visits generally located within approximately 45 minutes.

The Role You will provide individualised physiotherapy services to clients within their homes, supporting mobility, independence, safety and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing initial physiotherapy assessments
- Developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy within clients’ homes
- Supporting mobility, balance, strength and falls prevention
- Recommending appropriate mobility aids and equipment
- Completing clinical notes, reports and other required documentation
- Communicating with clients, families and other healthcare professionals
- Managing your diary across your allocated service area

About You
To be considered, you will need:

- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Confidence working independently within the community

Experience within aged care, community physiotherapy, Home Care Packages or Support at Home services would be highly regarded.
