Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist in SIL homes across the Sunshine Coast, Mapleton and surrounds. You will help clients live more independently, with a focus on personal care, daily living skills and community activities.

The role involves a mix of day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, requiring open availability and adaptability in a supportive, inclusive workplace. Training and career development are offered.
