Description

We require a Floor Service Staff for a busy Indian restaurant in Harris Park.

Basic duties required:

- - Welcoming guests, seating them, and maintaining a friendly, attentive service to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately taking orders, inputting them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and communicating special dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, including cleaning tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies
- Handling customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.

The person should be hard working, genuine, posses positive attitude and eager to learn new task and able to handle pressure. Robust interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with kitchen staff.

Working efficiently during busy, high-pressure periods.

Salary would be paid on TFN only.

Freshers are also welcomed. Preferable Male staff required.
