We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Transformation Project Manager into their Delivery & Transformation practice.
This is an opportunity to join an environment where you'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to deliver complex business and technology transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries.
We're looking for a hands-on transformation leader who can confidently move between strategy and execution, driving outcomes while managing competing stakeholder priorities in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
- Managing executive stakeholders and steering committee engagement
- Driving operating model, process and organisational change initiatives
- Delivering integration, consolidation and transformation programs
- Building and maintaining program governance, delivery plans and reporting
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes
- Working closely with clients to shape solutions and drive adoption
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management, Program Delivery or Transformation
- Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives
- Solid consulting, technology consulting or systems integration background
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong governance, planning and delivery management capability
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
