Seeking a Superstar Performer to join our Specialised Property Management Operation across Victoria.

Full-Time | Remote / WFH with Regular Site Visits Across Melbourne & Surrounds

This is a dynamic role where you could be on-site programming security cameras one day, running open homes another day and in front of your computer processing applications the next The balance between desktop and on-site work will appeal to the right candidate. You'll support our Victorian Property Management Team Leader in providing excellent service with a special focus on leasing.

Our ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organised and confident making decisions. You'll be someone who can assess a situation, prioritise effectively, solve problems independently and keep multiple projects moving without compromising quality.

About the Role

You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating the setup and delivery of newly developed rooming houses to ensure they're presented to the highest standard and ready for occupancy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing applications in Reapit Lettings.
- Conducting open homes and/or coordinating other specialists open homes.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Liaising with clients and residents.
- Entry and exit inspections.
- Routine inspections.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prospecting for new applicants.
- Future chance for BDM/portfolio growth for the right candidate.

Experience using Reapit PM/Reapit Lettings (formorely Console/IRE), Inspection Express and Tapi advantageous.

Attractive salary $70,000 + based on experience.
