- Manage program budgets, schedules, resources, risks, funding requirements, monitoring and reporting.
- Identify funding, partnership and continuous improvement opportunities to support program sustainability.
- Coordinate and support staff and participants, ensuring compliance with child safety, workplace health and safety and organisational policies.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Robust administrative and reporting skills, including record keeping, monitoring outcomes, preparing reports and using computer-based systems.
- Initiative and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work independently, identify opportunities and drive projects forward.
- A respectful and culturally sensitive approach, including a willingness to work under the direction of Elders and Traditional Custodians and uphold cultural protocols.
- A commitment to child safety and workplace health and safety, including the ability to plan and deliver activities safely.
- A current C Class Driver Licence and a current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one.
