Force Fire is hiring a Key Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of key clients for fire protection services. You’ll build robust client relationships, be the main contact for service queries, and coordinate with technicians and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery across maintenance and compliance services.

You will monitor contracts, KPIs, and SLAs, conduct client meetings and site visits, and identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.
