Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co is opening a current Perth CBD venue at Brookfield Place and is seeking a Head Chef to build the kitchen from the ground up with day-one ownership.
You’ll lead by example, manage a brand-new team, and partner with our Executive Chef to deliver elevated pub menus, control costs, and ensure smooth service Monday to Saturday. This is a launch role with strong growth potential in a WA-focused beverage manufacturing and hospitality group.
