Flexiforce Australia is seeking Process Workers to join our team at our clients Moss Vale NSW facility. This is a casual position with full-time ongoing hours that play a vital role in our clients manufacturing and assembly operations. As a Process Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the quality of products and the success of our client's business. This role offers stability, hands-on work, and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated manufacturing team.
What you'll be doing1. Operating and monitoring production line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance2. Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards3. Inspecting finished products for quality control and identifying any defects or issues4. Preparing materials and components for processing stages5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations6. Recording production data and reporting any equipment malfunctions or concerns to supervisors7. Following standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately8. Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback on processesWhat we're looking for1. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable2. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet output targets3.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards4. Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to workday and afternoon shifts5. Physical capability to perform assembly work and operate machinery safely6. Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team7. Basic literacy and numeracy skills8. A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (where applicable)
