The Role - Mobile Project Manager (FIFO) We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified and reliable person to join our team as a Fly in Fly out (FIFO) Mobile Project Manager. Operating 3:1 or 2:1 roster - project dependent - point of hire Perth WA. This exciting role oversees the successful management of our remote project concrete plants. Exceptional customer service, people management, strong commercial acumen and high-level administration skills are essential. This position offers a competitive salary plus allowances, as well as ongoing development opportunities.

Key Deliverables

- Managing employees and contractors working on remote sites
- Coordinating maintenance of the concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, and other site assets
- Undertaking general HR responsibilities including rostering, payroll, personnel onboarding, training and compliance activities
- Managing the project contract and client relationships
- Maintaining strict health and safety, quality and environmental controls
- Ensuring delivery and maintenance of high-level project documentation

Background and Experience required

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Total dedication to safety and risk management
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to problem solve
- A valid C Class Driver's License
- Previous experience in FIFO, mining or construction highly valued
- Computer literacy, contract, logistics and resourcing experience highly valued
