About the role:

- Someone who can build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- You will love golf and genuinely want to help golfers get the right equipment to help them improve their game and enjoy the course.
- Selling is your passion; you are a high achiever who wants to smash your monthly target and want to be rewarded accordingly
- You’re a team player and you enjoy all aspects of retail, including… selling, merchandising, growing your database, training, fitting customers, repairs, restocking, etc
- This role would also suit a PGA professional who enjoys coaching, especially someone who has a passional for developing women in golf, through clinics, competitions and fitting

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Crew members to join our retail team at Brisbane Airport on a full time basis.

In this fast-paced airport retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travellers while supporting store sales and daily operations. You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor,



confectionary, and luxury products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free’s brand portfolio
- Ensure shelves are well stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard
- Ensure adherence to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and vibrant personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
