Access Wealth is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to partner with founders and drive commercial performance across a high-growth SME. You will lead FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and reporting, while building scalable systems and a two-person finance team.
You will analyse revenue models across multiple entities, advise on strategic decisions, and ensure controls and compliance in a founder-led business, with a remote Australia-wide role.
