Mono Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Class 2 residential apartment projects in NSW. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from initiation to handover, coordinate with design management, and manage client objectives while mitigating risks.
You will mentor teams, uphold safety and quality standards, deliver on time and within budget, and report to stakeholders. A 6+ year track record on $50M+ Class 2 builds and a degree in Engineering or related field are preferred.
