An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their successful team.
The Role
You'll work closely with a dynamic PM team, delivering quality operational support. This will include:
- Preparing and processing leases and renewals
- Assisting with raising maintenance work orders
- Providing backup portfolio management support to the PMs
- Preparing management authorities and recent property management submissions
- Assisting with client and property onboarding
- Updating contacts, files and documents in the C8 system
- Collating files, managing mail outs, conducting searches and delivering general administrative support
- Assisting with audits, projects and other department activities, as required
This is a full-time role, however,
the employer may also consider part-time candidates who are looking to work 30 hours per week, or more.
What You'll Need
In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:
- At least 18 months experience in supporting a commercial property team or function
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the Retail Leases Act
- Well developed knowledge of commercial property management processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and client service skills
