About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Barista who always possesses a positive and motivated work ethic.

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

- Experience as a Barista in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso extraction and milk texturing
- The ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee to our company standards
- The passion and drive to succeed and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Robust work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
