Human & Co is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead to provide senior HR and WHS leadership on a part‑time basis. The role supports workforce planning, policy compliance, and safety programs while overseeing psychosocial risk and incident management.

The position is a 6‑month fixed‑term parental leave cover at 0.5 FTE (two days per fortnight). Start date around 1 December 2026, with negotiable day pattern.
