We’re looking for a passionate and reliable breakfast chef to join our team and help deliver our current breakfast menu, featuring Western favourites and Turkish-inspired dishes.

About the role

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
• Manage kitchen preparation and service, keeping orders moving efficiently
• Present every plate with care and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety procedures
• Monitor stock, assist with ordering and minimise food waste
• Work closely with our team to create a welcoming breakfast experience

About you

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef in a café or restaurant
• Confident preparing eggs, breakfast classics and brunch dishes
• Able to manage a busy service while maintaining quality
• Reliable,



punctual and comfortable working independently and with a team
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends
• Experience with Turkish or Middle Eastern breakfast dishes is highly regarded
