Warehouse Storeperson & Client Account Support

A proactive and organised Warehouse Storeperson & Client Account Support team member to help oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, with a solid focus on outbound orders, accuracy, safety and timely dispatch. You'll play an important role in ensuring customer requirements are met and service KPIs are consistently achieved. Alongside your core warehouse responsibilities, you'll be their key internal point of contact, helping ensure orders are picked accurately, deliveries run smoothly and any day-to-day queries about stock or delivery status are handled promptly.

Key responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operating an LO order picker. Current forklift license is must.
- Accurately picking orders using RF scanners and pick sheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Taking ownership of a new client account from a day-to-day service perspective, acting as their internal point of contact for occasional phone and email queries relating to order tracking, stock availability and delivery status in conjunction with the KPM.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including receiving, dispatch, stock replenishment and order preparation.
- Working collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager and wider team to meet customer requirements, delivery timeframes and service expectations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment in line with workplace health and safety requirements.





About you

- Must hold a current, valid LO (Order Picker) High Risk Work Licence
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Demonstrated experience with order picking and general storeperson tasks
- Professional communication skills with the confidence to look after and own a client relationship
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own busy workload
- Highly responsive to the needs of others and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, warehouse management software systems
