Leads a defined club-wide athletic-performance service for senior and pathway rugby players, including programme design, testing, monitoring, reconditioning, individual development plans and coordination of supplementary coaches, students and volunteers. The role also coordinates school engagement and player transition but works within the Head Coach-led rugby framework, with delegated rather than organisation-wide strategic authority. Employer qualifications:
relevant S&C; qualifications or equivalent demonstrated capability are essential; a relevant sport-science degree is desirable rather than essential. This academic expectation is below the usual IUSCA Level 6 requirement.
