The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a hands-on Supervisor Landfill to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff and operate heavy plant as needed. You will ensure safety, environmental compliance and efficient waste handling on site, while developing your team’s skills and performance.
This is a permanent full time role offering 38 hours per week, a take-home vehicle, and generous leave entitlements. Applicants should have a strong safety mindset and practical leadership experience.
