The Position: We are looking for a self‑motivated Appointment Generator to help connect with new customers and set up meetings for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you will build relationships with potential clients and create opportunities for our sales team to close.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Reaching Out – finding and contacting potential clients via cold calling, email or LinkedIn.
- Setting Appointments – scheduling discovery calls, demos or consultations for our sales team.
- Building Relationships – building trust and understanding the needs of each prospect.




- CRM Management – tracking outreach activities and follow‑ups in our CRM.
- Team Collaboration – working closely with sales to ensure a smooth transition to closing.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation or appointment‑setting role (remote work experience is a bonus).
- A great communicator, both on the phone, via email or chat.
- Results‑driven with a strong work ethic and ready to hit goals.
- A knack for starting conversations and building relationships quickly.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools and similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated in a remote setting.
- Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.
