What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who combines warmth and empathy with sharp organisational and communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- MinimumCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (essential)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience in Support at Home & relevant funding
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff
- Sound understanding of theAged Care Quality Standardsand person-centred care principles
- Confidence using care management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
