Service Coordinator – Ready Electrical & Air Conditioning

- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Answering incoming calls and being the first point of contact for customers
- Booking jobs into our scheduling system with accuracy and efficiency
- Dispatching and coordinating technicians to jobs throughout the day
- Managing emails, correspondence, and general office administration
- Supporting the operations team to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (trade industry experience a bonus)




- Strong phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling/dispatch software)
- Someone organised, punctual, and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- A positive team player who wants to contribute to the success of the business
