The Assistant Director within the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) leads and delivers Australian Government employment and skills programs in the Northern Territory, reporting to the Director and NT State Manager.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership, oversees provider performance and contracts, and builds solid place-based partnerships with employers, providers, communities and government stakeholders to improve outcomes.
