As we build our Front Office team, we’re looking for passionate, polished, and guest‑focused individuals to help deliver an unforgettable arrival experience. About the Role Our Guest Service Associates are the face of the resort — welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring every stay feels effortless and memorable.

This role is essential to delivering the seamless, warm, and professional service that defines Dunes Beach Resort.

Guest Service Associate (Night)

Oversee all overnight front office operations. Report

Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby and front desk environment

Manage late arrivals, early departures, and after‑hours guest enquiries

Deliver warm, genuine check‑ins and check‑outs

Assist with luggage, room allocations, and key distribution





Provide accurate information on dining, transport, attractions, and resort facilities

Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism

Process cash, EFTPOS, and credit card transactions

Complete nightly financial balancing and reconciliation

Monitor property security, guest safety, and overnight activity

Ensure PMS systems roll over correctly for the next business day

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in front office, guest services, or night operations

Strong communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently (especially overnight)

Qualified grooming and presentation

Physical ability to assist with luggage

Experience with hotel PMS (Opera, RMS, etc.)

RSA certification (if assisting with welcome drinks)

First Aid or CPR certification

Resort or coastal hospitality experience
