About the Role We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic

Casual Barista/Food Van All-Rounder

to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role working across our mobile coffee, gelato and ice cream vans at a range of events and locations throughout Sydney.

While

barista experience is essential , the successful applicant will also be comfortable performing a variety of other duties including serving and scooping gelato and ice cream, preparing cold beverages, taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing quality espresso coffee and other beverages

Scooping and serving gelato and ice cream

Preparing a variety of cold beverages

Taking customer orders and processing payments

Providing friendly, skilled and efficient customer service

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented service area

Restocking products, cups, ingredients and supplies throughout the shift

Assisting with set-up, pack-down and general cleaning

Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures





Working efficiently during busy event and peak service periods

Assisting the team with general food van duties as required

About You We are looking for someone who:

Has previous barista experience and is confident making espresso coffee

Has excellent customer service and communication skills

Is friendly, reliable and well presented

Enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Is happy to work across all areas of the van, not just the coffee machine

Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Takes pride in cleanliness, presentation and quality

Is flexible with availability, including weekends and events
