Senior Optometrist – Clinical Lead | Alexandra Hills | Full time Chemist Warehouse Optometry | Aphrodite Livanes Optometrists, South Brisbane region Aphrodite Livanes Optometrists is a well-established South Brisbane practice, currently part of the Chemist Warehouse Optometry network, with advanced diagnostic technology and strong patient demand. We’re part of a growing national optometry group with a clear pathway for clinicians who want to progress. We’re looking for a senior optometrist to lead the clinical side of the Alexandra Hills practice. This is a clinical role with real commercial ownership: you’ll see patients and help run the practice day to day. The role
• Deliver high-quality comprehensive eye examinations, including ocular disease management
• Drive sight test volume and diary utilisation in partnership with the retail manager
• Keep rosters and daily clinic flow running smoothly
• Own performance against clinical benchmarks, including visual field rate, Keepsight registration and recall follow-up
• Use OCT, widefield imaging and visual fields as part of routine care
• Mentor and support other optometrists in the practice
• Work with the National Clinical Operations team on clinical standards and continuous improvement Technology Topcon Maestro2 OCT, HFA3 visual fields, Eidon ultra-widefield imaging,



auto-refractor and tonometry systems, modern clinical and recall systems. About you
• AHPRA registration with therapeutic endorsement
• Minimum 4 years’ clinical experience
• Demonstrated interest in business performance: diary management, KPIs, practice growth
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with retail, pharmacy and clinical teams
• Contact lens confidence
• Weekend availability
• Permanent residency or full ongoing working rights in Australia
