Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellara, QLD. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to support brand awareness, audience engagement, and community building. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, selecting visuals, scheduling content, monitoring channels, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The Social Media Coordinator will analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves staying current with social media trends,



maintaining brand voice guidelines, and supporting digital campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing posts and campaigns across major platforms.
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, including clear, audience-appropriate messaging and attention to detail.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including basic analytics, campaign tracking, and audience targeting.
• Ability to use social media management tools and basic design or content editing software (e.g., Canva or similar).
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry is beneficial but not required.
• Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and maintain a qualified, inclusive approach to internal and external interactions.
