We're looking for a Senior Analyst who combines strong analytical capability with curiosity, critical thinking and the confidence to work directly with clients. You'll take complex business and operational data, uncover what really matters and turn it into clear insights and practical recommendations. This isn't a back-office reporting role. You'll own analytical workstreams, contribute to client discussions and work alongside experienced consultants on real business problems across procurement, performance, operating models, governance and business improvement.

What you'll do
• Build high-quality models, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel and Python.
• Work directly with clients through interviews, workshops and working sessions.
• Challenge assumptions, test hypotheses and turn analysis into practical action.
• Support less experienced analysts and help improve the way we deliver.
• Maintain data integrity and robust documentation standards across all client project workstreams.
• Use AI and automation responsibly to make delivery smarter and more efficient. What you'll bring
• You'll ideally have 4+ years' relevant experience across analytics, consulting,



advisory or business improvement, with solid analytical and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• You'll be confident using Power BI and Excel, have practical experience with Tableau and Python, and, most importantly, know how to turn analysis into a compelling story for client and senior audiences.
