About the role
You'll assess and support children with a range of communication needs, working alongside families and other professionals to develop functional, individualised therapy plans.

Key responsibilities
include:
• Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based intervention.
• Building relationships with children and caregivers.
• Monitoring progress and completing clinical notes, reports and other documentation.
• Managing appointments, caseload responsibilities and communication with others.




• Maintaining an organised clinic environment.
• Collaborating with educators and other professionals where appropriate. ? About youLooking for a role that makes you feel like you are just where you belong? • A recognised speech pathology qualification.
• Paediatric clinical experience, with applications welcome from new graduate and early-career and experienced clinicians.
• An interest in a range of paediatric areas, including speech, language, fluency and literacy.
• An interest or experience in paediatric feeding, orofacial myology or AAC is a bonus.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage responsibilities independently and recognise when to seek support.
• A reflective approach and willingness to learn, collaborate and receive feedback.
• A commitment to neuroaffirming, family-centred and evidence-informed practice. ? Essential Requirements
• A qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA Membership (or eligible)
• A current NSW Drivers' License and car
