Trampoline parks, family entertainment centres, escape rooms, zoos and more use our platform to run online booking, ticketing, POS, embedded payments, memberships, waivers and CRM. We're a global team across Australia, North America and the UK, and we give venues support seven days a week. Salary offered for this position is $80,000
- $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation. The role We are seeking a full-time Technical Systems Analyst (working minimum 38 hours per week) to act as the key link between our customers, support team and developers. When complex system issues arise, you'll analyse system behaviour and business requirements to determine the root cause, identify solutions, and implement system configuration or data fixes where appropriate. You'll also prepare clear functional specifications and technical briefs for developers, ensuring productive delivery of system enhancements with minimal back-and-forth.

What you'll do
• Investigate escalated issues across our POS, Back Office, booking site, payments and hardware
• Dig into logs, databases,



APIs and code to find root causes
• Make fixes directly: SQL queries, feature flags and platform configuration
• Write clear developer briefs and functional specs, then test and validate the fixes
• Be the technical go-to for API and third-party integrations
• Build reports and data exports, and keep our knowledge base current
• Lead communications during incidents, and mentor the support team What you'll bring
• A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise systems, including APIs and integrations
• Strong SQL, and the ability to read code (Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
• Experience documenting requirements and writing functional specs
