Flexiq is looking for a Lead Consultant who can take ownership of client engagements, bring structure to complex problems and turn positive thinking into practical outcomes. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, lead projects and workstreams, facilitate workshops and remain hands-on in creating high-quality deliverables. You'll also help us strengthen client relationships, develop our consulting capability and contribute to Flexiq's continued growth.

What you'll do
• Lead consulting engagements and workstreams from concept through to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums and executive discussions.
• Develop practical strategies, business cases, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Mentor consultants and analysts and help strengthen the way Flexiq delivers.
• Identify opportunities to create more value for clients and grow our relationships. What you'll bring
• You'll ideally have 5+ years' relevant professional experience, including strong client-facing, advisory or consulting experience.




• You'll be a confident problem solver and communicator who can move comfortably between strategy, stakeholder engagement and hands-on delivery. Experience across management or engineering consulting, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major projects will be particularly relevant.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Business Management or a similar field.
