Customers benefit from online ordering and dedicated business-to-business support. Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Burleigh Heads, QLD. This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, labeling and preparing goods for dispatch, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with stock receiving, storing and rotating inventory, replenishing shelves, and supporting inventory checks and stocktakes.



The Warehouse Assistant will operate warehouse equipment as required, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets. The role may also involve occasional customer-facing interactions, such as helping with order pickups and responding to basic product or order queries. Qualifications
• Strong packing skills with attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Experience with inventory control and inventory management in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely perform forklift operation or willingness to obtain a forklift license (if required).
• Customer service skills for assisting walk-in or pickup customers and supporting the broader team.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or wholesale food distribution is an advantage.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods in a rapid-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a small team setting.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and order management software.
