Your recent role as the Product Support Advisor will report into the Product Support Supervisor in a permanent FIFO position. Product Support Group Department PSG is a FIFO service department in Welshpool, supporting WA with skilled maintenance personnel. We handle warranty support, shutdowns, and labour hire roles, equipped with service vehicles and tools. Locations:

Salary:
$180K
- $190K + Super Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30mins break)

What you'll do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Caterpillar fleet
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, ensuring safety and compliance
• Provide warranty support and planned component change-outs
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations
• Support frontline maintenance teams with expert advice and minimal tool time Skills and Experience
• Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Proven post trade experience with CAT equipment
• Proficiency with troubleshooting and fleet performance reviews.
• Extensive Traditional Caterpillar Fleet experience is essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• The ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
• Ability to identify and suggest opportunities to increase fleet availability,



as well as lower operational costs are positive indicators of success for this role.
