Sydney, Melbourne, Australia About the Opportunity LTM is seeking an experienced STIBO STEP Technical Lead to support a major Australian organisation with a growing pipeline of Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives. This is an opportunity to join an established technology environment, working alongside an existing STIBO Technical Lead and an offshore development team to provide additional technical leadership, strengthen platform capabilities and drive delivery across multiple initiatives. The successful candidate will combine deep STIBO STEP expertise with strong solution design, integration and stakeholder management capabilities. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding development teams and supporting the evolution of the organisation’s PIM roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction across multiple STIBO STEP initiatives, ensuring solution quality, consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• PIM Architecture and Governance: Design and maintain product hierarchies, taxonomies, data models, attributes, validation rules and governance frameworks.
• Workflow Design: Define and optimise product data workflows, business rules and processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Solution Design and Integration:



Lead technical design and integration activities between STIBO STEP and enterprise platforms, including Dynamics 365, SAP Commerce (Hybris) and Boomi.
• Development Team Leadership: Collaborate with the existing STIBO Technical Lead and offshore development team, providing technical guidance, reviewing designs and resolving complex issues.
• Delivery Management: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple PIM initiatives, managing technical dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
• Platform Governance: Contribute to platform standards, technical documentation, solution governance and roadmap planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business, product and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical options and drive effective outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the STIBO platform, integration patterns, data quality and overall delivery effectiveness. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Proven experience implementing, configuring and delivering solutions using STIBO STEP, preferably STIBO STEP SaaS.
• Strong expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), including product data modelling, hierarchy and taxonomy design, data quality and governance.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex workflows, business rules and product data management processes.
• Strong enterprise integration experience, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Commerce (Hybris) and Boomi.




• A proven track record of technical leadership across enterprise technology projects, platform enhancements or implementations.
• Experience guiding development teams, including offshore delivery teams, through solution design, development, testing and implementation.
• Robust understanding of platform governance, technical standards, solution architecture and roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical problems and contribute effectively within an established delivery team.
