Recruitment Consultant We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to do more than fill roles. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you’ll manage recruitment across the firm from start to finish. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional people, build strong talent pipelines and deliver an onboarding experience that makes a great first impression from day one. This is a hands-on role in a growing qualified services firm. You’ll have the chance to bring fresh ideas, help improve the way we recruit, and play a key part in making our processes contemporary, technology-enabled and genuinely human. You’ll be joining a collaborative People & Culture team where things move quickly, priorities evolve and everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves. If you’re commercially minded, naturally curious and passionate about creating great candidate and employee experiences, this could be the role for you. What you’ll do Manage the recruitment lifecycle
• Work with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and agree on the best approach to each vacancy.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through to screening, interviewing, offer management and close-out.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels, using creative approaches to reach the right people.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively engage high-calibre candidates.
• Make sure every candidate has a professional, engaging and consistent experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness and quality of hire.
• Give hiring managers market insights and salary information to support their hiring decisions.

Deliver an onboarding experience people remember
• Coordinate and deliver a welcoming, technology-enabled onboarding experience that helps new employees feel connected and set up for success.
• Work with hiring managers to make sure onboarding is delivered consistently across the firm.
• Manage pre-employment checks, contracts and employment documentation.
• Gather feedback from new starters and suggest improvements to the onboarding journey.
• Support early engagement initiatives so new employees have a strong start. Support our early careers talent pipeline
• Coordinate and deliver graduate and early careers recruitment activity.
• Build relationships with universities, student organisations and emerging talent networks.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs and employer branding activities.
• Run assessment centres, interviews and selection processes.
• Support internship and vacationer recruitment where relevant.
• Track diversity and inclusion outcomes across early careers recruitment. Help make recruitment better
• Make sure recruitment practices follow employment legislation, internal policies and best practice.
• Spot opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and tools.
• Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and help get the most out of it.
• Use data to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion in everything you do.

• Look for smarter ways to use technology without losing the human connection that great recruitment depends on. What you’ll bring You’re a Talent Acquisition professional who understands that great recruitment is deeply human. You’ll ideally bring:
• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in-house within professional services or a corporate environment.
• Exposure to graduate or early careers recruitment (highly regarded).
• A fresh, contemporary approach to recruitment and a real interest in how technology can enhance, rather than replace, the human experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with everyone from graduates to Partners.
• A collaborative, hands-on attitude. We’re growing, so a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in is essential.
• Comfort working with recruitment data and metrics.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to suggest new ideas. Why join us? This is a chance to make a real impact in a growing firm. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, help shape how we recruit, get hands-on with new technology and create experiences that help set us apart in a competitive talent market. We’re building a contemporary professional services firm that wants to attract the brightest minds in the industry, and this role will play a key part in making that happen. If you’re excited by the idea of delivering an exceptional experience for every candidate and new starter, we’d love to meet you.
