Closing the Gap in health outcomes for First Nations peoples is a priority of all models of care in SWHHS and the role will provide an opportunity to work across the South West Queensland and engage with leaders in indigenous communities in remote areas. This role has significant autonomy and would best suit someone with advanced clinical and leadership skills who enjoys working at full their full scope and working in a small, remote community with a vibrant cultural history.
