Now, we're looking for our next hospitality superstar We're on the lookout for a Casual Guest Service Agent, Front Desk and Hotel All Rounder who's big on personality, passionate about people and knows that the smallest gestures can make the biggest impressions. You'll be more than the friendly face at reception. You'll be a local storyteller, problem solver and memory maker, bringing the voco Gosford experience to life one thoughtful moment at a time. • Roll out the welcome mat: Deliver genuine welcomes, seamless check-ins and check-outs, and memorable first impressions.
• Make the little things count: Create personal connections and surprise guests with thoughtful touches.
• Be the go-to guru: Confidently manage front desk guest enquiries, calls, payments and requests with a can-do attitude.
• Turn hiccups into happy endings: Take ownership of guest concerns and find creative solutions that leave guests smiling.
• Share the local love: Showcase The Archibald precinct and Central Coast's best dining, attractions and hidden gems.
• Mix things up: Lend a hand with In-Room Dining, Lobby Bar, Saltfire and Pool Bar service, because great hospitality is a team sport

• Love connecting with people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Bring positive energy, initiative and a little spark of personality to every shift.
• Thrive in a team, stay cool under pressure and enjoy finding solutions.
• Have Front Office or customer service experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Are confident with Microsoft Office; Opera PMS is a bonus.
• Communicate fluently in English, with additional languages always welcome.
• Can work at least two shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays, between 7am and 11pm.
• Hold an RSA or are open to obtaining one (preferred, not essential).
