• End-to-end delivery: Implement and support server, network, Microsoft 365, Azure, backup and endpoint solutions with disciplined scoping, testing, documentation and handover
• The tough problems: Be the escalation point for complex infrastructure and client issues
• Stronger client environments: Use monitoring, documentation and evidence to reduce risk and prevent recurring issues
• Technical and human: Explain options in plain language and manage expectations from first conversation to go-live
• Onsite when it matters: Faults, installations, go-lives and office moves
• Lifting the team: Share knowledge and contribute to internal documentation What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure or systems administration (MSP or consulting background ideal)




• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management, including Intune and Autopilot
• Working Azure knowledge (VMs, storage, identity)
• Solid networking fundamentals: VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, switching, routing, TCP/IP
• Experience with RMM, monitoring, backup and ticketing platforms
• Clear communication and robust documentation habits
• Valid Australian driver’s licence, plus National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them) Nice to have
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, SC-400)
• CompTIA, ITIL or similar
• ConnectWise or other PSA experience
• Exposure to security frameworks, cloud migrations or infrastructure modernisation Why Rachis
